2006—2013年某铁路局在职职工死亡情况调查

A Survey of Staff Death Case in a Certain Railway Administration During 2006-2013

目的深入分析铁路在职职工死亡谱,为开展防控措施提供科学依据。方法统计分析2006至2013年在职职工的死亡信息。结果在职职工共死亡1865人,年平均死亡率为1.95‰,男性1.96‰,女性0.18‰(P<0.01);因病死亡人数占死亡人数的82.25%,其中恶性肿瘤占38.02%,心脑血管疾病占34.69%,其它9.54%。结论导致在职职工死亡的主要原因与不良生活方式、不断增加的心理压力、多种职业有害因素、恶化的环境污染等因素有密切关系,加强有针对性的健康教育势在必行。

Objective To in-depth analysis of railway employees death spectrum, so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control measures. Methods statistical analysis from 2006 to 2013 the staff information of death. Results Of on-the-job worker were killed 1865 people, the annual average rate of 1.95 per thousand, male 1.96 female 0.18%%,（P〈0.01）; the number of deaths due to illness and death toll of 82.25%, which accounted for 38.02% of malignant tumors, cardiovascular disease accounted for 34.69%,other 9.54%. Conclusion The main causes of on-the-job worker death and unhealthy lifestyles, increasing the psychological pressure, harmful factors, a variety of occupation is closely related to the worsening environmental pollution and other factors, to strengthen the targeted health education be imperative.
