摘要
目的研究乌鲁木齐市图书馆员的职业倦怠现状。方法整群随机抽取乌鲁木齐地区图书馆工作人员500名作为样本,采用职业倦怠量表进行测试。结果①图书馆工作人员职业倦怠检出率较高,为80.7%,其中主要以轻、中度职业倦怠为主,轻度职业倦怠的检出率为43.4%、中度职业倦怠的检出率为32.7%,情绪衰竭、去个性化、成就感降低的检出率分别为13.6%、42.7%和66.1%。②人口统计学资料显示,图书馆工作人员在性别、职务、用工性质、有无第二职业上的职业倦怠存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市图书馆员职业倦怠情况较为严重,应采取积极措施进行干预。
Objective To measure the level of job burnout among librarians in Urumqi. Methods 500 librarians in Urumqi were sampled with cluster randomly methods. Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory was examined in librarians. Results ①The detection rate of job burnout in librarians is 80.7%.Among them the light and moderate job burnout had higher detection rate which is 43.4% and 33.62%.The detection rate of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment were 13.6%, 42.7%and 66.1%.②The demographic data showed that there were significant kind differences in scores of job burnout and the gender, position, nature of employment, whether have a second job (P〈0.05). Conclusion Job burnout among librarians in U-rumqi are serious so we should provide the effective preventive measures.
