摘要
基层医院孕期保健与产程管理水平亟待提高,孕期保健与产程专人负责制是指由专人一个孕产妇整个孕期保健、产程均由一名专业医师负责的制度,有助于提高孕期保健专业性、保障保健质量、改善产妇临床心理状态、保障妊娠保健与分娩的无缝链接,降低剖宫产率,有助于有效识别与管理高危风险因素、提高临产医护工作效率、避免延误诊治时机、保障产程顺利,提高母婴健康水平。
