风险管理在神经内科的应用体会

The Application of Risk Management in Neurology

目的探讨风险管理在神经内科患者护理工作中的应用,以及对治疗恢复情况的影响。方法研究对象选取该院神经内科科室内的80例患者,在临床护理工作中实施风险管理措施。观察患者的护理满意程度,以及实施管理前后风险事件的发生情况,并对护理人员的工作质量进行评分。结果实施前患者护理满意共计65例(81.3%),实施后护理满意74例(92.5%);实施风险管理后,护理风险事件发生2例(2.5%),明显低于实施前的10例(12.5%),且护理人员工作技能、素质、综合评分均高于实施前。对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科患者的护理工作具有特殊性,应用风险管理具有良好的效果,能够提高护理满意程度,减少风险事件的发生,促进护理工作质量的提升。

Objective To explore the application of risk management in nursing work in patients with neurological department of internal medicine. Methods 80 cases of patients in our hospital were Implement risk management measures, to observed the degree of nursing satisfaction and risk events, and to evaluated the quality of nursing staff. Results Implementation of nursing care of patients with satisfactory in 65 cases（81.3%）, after the implement of the 74 cases（92.5%）; nursing risk events in 2 cases（2.5%）, significantly lower than before the implement of the 10 cases（12.5%）, and nursing staff skills,quality, comprehensive score were higher than before. The contrast difference is obvious（P0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The effect of risk management in nursing management in the Department of internal medicine is remarkable, which can improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the risk events, and promote the improvement of nursing quality.
