PDCA模式在急诊科护理管理中的运用

Application of PDCA Nursing Management Mode in Nursing Management of Emergency Department

目的为了进一步提高急诊科护士工作积极性并降低医患矛盾的发生几率,分析和探讨PDCA模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法抽取60例于2013年1月—2014年11月在该院急诊科工作的护理人员作为研究对象并按照管理模式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组各38例,其中对照组护理人员实施传统的管理办法,而观察组护理人员则采取PDCA护理管理模式,对比和分析两组的护理质量。结果经过对比分析发现,观察组护理质量和对照组相比显著提升,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA护理管理模式不仅可以显著提高急诊护理人员的服务质量和自身的综合素质,而且有利于提高急诊护理团队的协作力并为患者提高最优质的服务,值得推广和应用。

Objective To further improve the enthusiasm of nursing and to reduce and prevent the occurrence probability of a variety of adverse events, analysis and discussion the effect of PDCA nursing model on emergency nursing supervision.Methods Sixty nurses were selected in our hospital emergency department which were divided randomly into control group and observation group,38 cases in each group. The observation group received PDCA nursing model on working, the control group was given the traditional management method. The quality of care and integrated quality of nursing were compared 2groups after use of PDCA nursing model. Results After PDCA nursing model, the evaluation scores of nurses＇ self-efficacy,nursing quality and the differences have statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion The use of PDCA nursing model in hospital＇s nursing supervision is beneficial for the elevation of nursing quality and comprehensive quality of nurses, increase the cohesive force of nursing team and provide high-quality and safer nursing service for the patients,it is worth to popularize.
