护士在医院感染管理中的作用

The Role of Nurses in Hospital Infection Management

目的探讨护士在医院感染管理中的作用效果。方法该院于2013年3月—2014年3月成立医院感染管理监督小组,将护士个人及科室绩效与整改效果挂钩,对11个科室及其所属70名医务人员进行医院感染相关项目检查,对比整改前后检查合格率和整改率。结果整改后受检11个科室的一次性无菌物品的使用和储存、病区环境消毒、无菌操作规定执行情况、医疗废弃物处理情况、医务人员卫生检查合格率和整改率均高于整改前,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论护士自主参与医院感染控制能够显著提高医院感染控制水平,应当积极发挥护士在医院感染管理中的重要作用,控制医院感染几率。

Objective To investigate the effect of nurse in hospital infection management. Methods Establishment of hospital infection management supervision group from 2013 March to 2014 March in our hospital, nurse and department performance and rectification effect linked, of 11 departments and 70 medical personnel of hospital infection related project examination and compared before and after rectification examination qualified rate and improvement rate. Results After rectification examined 11 departments of disposable sterile items in use and storage, ward environment disinfection, aseptic operation regulations implementation, medical waste treatment, medical personnel health examination qualified rate and improvement rate were higher than those before the rectification, P 0.05, there is statistical significance. Conclusion Nurses are involved in hospital infection control can significantly improve the level of hospital infection control, should actively play the nurses in the hospital infection management in an important role, hospital infection control risk.
