目的通过制定执行突发事件应急流程,提高口腔专科护士应对突发事件的能力减少不良后果发生。方法制定口腔专科突发事件应急流程,并于全员培训和考核。结果通过护理部组织的考核评价,全体护士均能够熟练掌握口腔专科常见突发事件的应急流程,正确应用本专科急救技能和仪器处理突发事件。结论制定执行突发事件应急流程可以有效地提高口腔专科护士处理突发事件的能力,减少医疗差错与纠纷。

Objective By formulate the implementation of emergency procedures,increase the ability of stomatological specialist nurses to emergencies,reduce the bad consequences. Methods Formulate stomatological specialist emergency procedures,staff training and assessment. Results By evaluation organized by nursing department,all the nurses were able to master emergency procedures in common emergencies,correctly application the first aid skills and equipment when handling the emergencies. Conclusion Formulate the implementation of emergency procedures,increase ability of nurses to handle emergencies effectively, reduce medical errors and disputes.
