目的研究神经外科护理风险管理的思路及策略。方法选取2014年1月—2015年1月于该院神经外科就诊的480例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理的方法进行护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施护理风险管理,对比两组患者的护理缺陷及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组的护理缺陷发生率更低,护理满意度更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科的护理工作中融入护理风险管理模式,可以减少护理风险事件发生率,有助于患者的早日康复,值得推广应用。

Objective Development strategy research neurosurgical nursing risk management. Methods Select from January2014 to January 2015 at 480 patients in our hospital neurosurgery clinic of the study, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing care method, the observation group implemented in conventional nursing care on the basis of risk management, compared two groups of patients and nursing care deficiencies satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group, the group of nursing defects observed a lower incidence, higher satisfaction with care, the gap was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Integration in neurosurgery care in nursing risk management model of care can reduce the incidence of risk events, helps the patient a speedy recovery, it should be widely applied.
