心血管内科护理管理中风险因素与防护措施分析

Risk Factors and Preventive Measures of Nursing Management in the Department of Internal Medicine

目的对心血管内科护理管理中存在的风险因素进行分析,针对这些风险因素对其防护措施进行探讨。方法选取该院于2013年2月—2014年1月收治的150例心血管患者的临床资料,采用回顾性的方法对这些临床资料进行分析,以治疗时间为依据将其分为对照组和研究组,两组患者分别为75例,分别使用常规护理方法和护理风险管理方法进行护理,通过对护理风险发生情况进行对比分析,总结出心血管内科护理中的风险因素,对护理措施进行探讨。结果在护理的过程中,研究组出现2例护理风险事件,概率为2.66%,对照组出现8例护理风险事件,概率为10.67%,说明两组存在明显的差异。结论在心血管内科的护理管理中出现的风险因素有很多,针对这些风险因素采取相应的措施,能有效降低护理风险的发生概率。

Objective For cardiovascular risk factors existing in the internal medicine nursing management were analyzed,and according to these risk factors on the protective measures are discussed. Methods Select the clinical data of 150 cases of cardiovascular patients from 2013 February to 2014 January in our hospital, a retrospective method to analyze the clinical data, based on treatment time it can be divided into control group and research group, two groups of patients 75 cases, respectively, is the use of conventional nursing methods and nursing risk management methods, through the study of the comparison and analysis of nursing risk occurrence, summed up the risk factors of cardiovascular internal medicine nursing, to explore nursing measures.Results In the process of nursing, the team in case of nursing risk events, the probability is 2.66%, the control group in 8 cases of nursing risk events, probability of 10.67%, shows that there are significant differences in the two groups.Conclusion In the cardiovascular internal medicine nursing management there are many risk factors, according to these risk factors take corresponding measures, can effectively reduce the probability of occurrence of nursing risk.
