手术室护理管理常见问题分析及对策研究

目的分析手术室护理管理过程中常遇到的问题,并提出相应的处理对策。方法选取在该院自2013年6月—2014年6月就诊且接受手术的患者180例,对患者在手术室护理管理过程中常遇到的问题进行记录,了解问题发生的原因,并实施有针对的处理对策。结果该组180例患者,切口感染5例,占2.78%,异物遗留10例,占5.56%,手术损伤11例,占6.11%,手术室不良事件共发生26例,手术室不良事件发生率14.44%。结论手术室常见问题较多,需要从手术室工作人员方面入手,提高护理人员工作能力,更新护理人员观念,促进自主学习等方面进行应对。

Objective To analyze the problems frequently encountered during operating room nursing management, and to propose appropriate responses to deal with the problem often encountered. Conclusions Surgery FAQ more needs to start in terms of operating room staff, improving nurses＇ ability to work, to update nurses ideas, promote independent learning and other aspects of coping.
