肺结核专科门诊实施健康教育的效果评价

The Effect of Tuberculosis Health Education Specialist Outpatient Assessment

目的评价肺结核专科门诊实施健康教育的临床效果。方法选取肺结核专科门诊收治的168例肺结核患者按随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组各84例。对照组实行常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上实行专科门诊健康教育。对比两组结核知识知晓优良率、规则治疗率及对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组对肺结核知识知晓优良率、规则治疗率及总满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肺结核专科门诊实施健康教育可有效的提高患者对疾病的认识,促进治疗工作的顺利完成,并提升门诊护理工作的质量。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of tuberculosis specialist outpatient health education. Methods TB specialist clinics treated 168 cases of tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into study group and control group 84 cases. Implement routine care control group, the study group to implement health education specialist clinic on the basis of the control group. Compared two groups of tuberculosis knowledge about good rate, regular treatment rate and satisfaction with care work. Results The study group on TB knowledge among good rate, regular treatment rate and overall satisfaction were significantly higher（P0.05）. Conclusion Tuberculosis specialist outpatient health education can effectively improve patient understanding of disease and promoting the work of the successful completion of treatment, and improve the quality of outpatient care work.
