基于老年慢性病患者居家护理存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Home Care for Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases

近年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济的飞速发展和人民物质文化生活水平的不断提高,人口老龄化进程也在逐渐加快,各种慢性疾病的发病率及患病率亦在逐年上升,对广大老年人群的身体健康和生活质量造成了非常严重的影响。由于慢性疾病具有病程长、致残率高及恢复慢的特点,医疗机构的护理服务远远无法满足患者的卫生需求,所以如何给予老年慢性疾病患者科学合理的居家护理干预已成为医疗护理界重点关注的问题。该课题研究者现就老年慢性疾病患者居家护理过程中存在的问题进行分析,并结合自身经验,提出针对性的对策。

In recent years, with the rapid development of the socialist market economy and the continuous improvement of people＇s material and cultural life.The population aging process also gradually accelerated, a variety of chronic diseases, the incidence rate and prevalence rate increased year by year,then,the health and quality of life of the elderly population have a very serious impact.Because of the chronic disease with the characteristics of long course, high disability rate and recovery slow,the medical institution＇s nursing service can＇t satisfy the patient＇s health need,so it become the focus of medical care sector issues that how to give the elderly patients with chronic diseases scientific and reasonable home care intervention.In this paper, the author to analyze the problems and countermeasures of home care for elderly patients with chronic diseases and combined with their own experience, put forward the targeted countermeasures.
