健康教育管理路径在儿童反复呼吸道感染中的应用效果

Application Effect of Health Education Management Pathway in Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的探讨健康教育管理路径在儿童反复呼吸道感染(复感儿)中的应用效果。方法选择2013年4月—2014年4月该院收治的复感住院患儿90例,根据双盲法将其平均分为研究组与对照组,每组各45例。对照组患儿采取常规的治疗及健康教育,研究组患者在常规治疗的基础上实施健康教育管理路径干预。通过自拟健康知识调查问卷,对比两组患儿家属对健康知识的掌握情况;随访1年,观察对比两组患儿呼吸道感染的发病情况。结果研究患儿家属健康教育掌握率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);1年内反复呼吸道感染的发生率为13.33%,低于对照组的44.44%(P<0.05)。结论健康教育管理路径可以有效提高复感儿家属对健康知识的掌握程度,降低疾病的复发率,保证患儿的健康。

Objective To investigate the management of health education path in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections（complex sense of children） application effect. Methods April 2013- April 2014 I re-admitted to hospital infection90 cases of hospitalized children, according to a double-blind study were divided into two groups, each group 45 cases.Children in the control group to take regular treatment and health education, research, health education for patients managed paths intervention on the basis of conventional therapy. Self knowledge through health questionnaire, compared two groups of children with their families on health knowledge to grasp the situation; 1-year follow-up, compared two groups of children to observe the incidence of respiratory tract infections. Results Children with their families health education control 93.33%, significantly higher than the 73.33%（P0.05）; 1 year incidence of recurrent respiratory tract infection 13.33%,44.44% lower than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Health education management path can improve complex sense of children families mastery of health knowledge, reduce the relapse rate of the disease, to ensure the health of children.
