结核病医院内科病房的护理安全隐患分析与应对管理措施

目的探讨结核病医院内科病房的护理安全隐患及应对管理措施。方法选择2013年2月—2014年2月期间(实施了护理安全管理措施)该结核病医院内科病房收治的102例结核病患者作为研究组。选择2012年1月—2013年1月期间(未实施护理安全管理措施)收治的102例结核病患者及护理人员12名作为对照组。自拟护理质量评分量表,对比两组患者护理质量的改善情况。结果研究组护患沟通、违规操作、护理专业技能、服务态度、护理知识告知各项护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对结核病医院内科病房的安全隐患进行分析与总结,查找到原因并采取应用对管理措施,可以有效提高护理服务的质量。

Objective To investigate the tuberculosis hospital medical ward care safety hazards and response management measures. Methods February 2013- February 2014 period（nursing safety management measures had been implemented） I tuberculosis hospital medical wards of 102 cases of TB patients as the study group. Select January 2012-January 2013 period（no nursing safety measures were implemented） treated 102 cases of tuberculosis patients and caregivers 12 as a control group. Self care quality rating scale, comparison of the two groups to improve the quality of patient care. Results The study group nurse-patient communication, abuse, nursing skills, attitude, nursing knowledge to inform the nursing quality score were higher（P0.05）. Conclusion The medical ward for tuberculosis hospital security risk analysis and summary, find the cause and take the application of management measures, can effectively improve the quality of nursing care.
