综合气道护理管理方案在气管切开术后康复患者中的应用效果研究

Application Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation of Patients after Airway Care Management Programs Incision in the Trachea

目的研究综合气道护理管理方案在气管切开术后康复患者中的应用效果。方法选取2013年3月—2015年3月该院收治的行气管切开术的患者98例,按照数字随机法分成观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规气道护理管理,观察组则采取综合气道护理管理,比较两组的应用效果。结果两组治疗后临床症状恢复程度优于治疗前,观察组治疗后临床症状恢复程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血氧饱和度不达标、气管塌陷、重新置管发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合气道护理管理方案在气管切开术后康复患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者症状,减低并发症的发生率。

Objective To study the comprehensive care management programs airway rehabilitation of patients after tra-cheotomy application effect. Methods 98 patients admitted to our hospital tracheotomy, according to figures randomly divid-ed into observation group and the control group, the control group received routine care airway management, observation group was integrated airway care management, the two groups application effect. Results After treatment, clinical symptoms of the degree of recovery than before treatment, the degree of recovery after clinical observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Observation group oxygen saturation of non-compliance, tracheal collapse, re-catheterization were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion Comprehensive Care Management Programme airway effects in the rehabilitation of patients after tracheotomy signifi-cantly reduce symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications.
