妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理状态及其对生活质量的影响调查

Investigation on Psychology of Gynecological Patients with Malignant Tumorand Its Affectonthe Quality of Life

目的调查妇科恶性肿瘤患者心理状态及其对生活质量的影响。方法收集2013年1月—2014年12月该院妇科恶性肿瘤患者90例为研究组,同期健康体检女性90例为对照组,采用HAMA、HAMD量表评价患者焦虑抑郁情况,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评价患者生活质量,比较两组间焦虑、抑郁评分情况及生活质量评分,分析心理因素对生活质量的影响。结果研究组HAMA、HAMD评分明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),生活质量评价中,研究组SF-36各项目评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);亚组分析显示妇科恶性肿瘤患者中,伴焦虑或抑郁患者SF-36量表生理健康及心理健康指标评分均明显低于不伴焦虑或抑郁者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者存在明显的焦虑抑郁情况,并且合并焦虑、抑郁会加重患者生活质量损害,需要引起临床重视,并给予重点干预。

Objective To investigate psychology of gynecological patients with malignant tumor and analyze its affectonthe quality of life.Methods 90 patients with gynecological malignant tumor from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as research group, and 90 cases of health women undergoing physical examination were selected as control group, using HAMA and HAMDquestionnairewere used to evaluate anxiety and depression of patients with, the short from health survey（SF- 36） was used to evaluate quality of life;anxiety, depression score and quality of life score between the two groups were compared, and its affectonthe quality of life was analyzed.Results HAMA and HAMD scoreofresearch group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）,In the evaluation of the quality of life, all items score of SF-36 significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）;Subgroup analysis showed that in patients with anxiety or depression, physical health and mental health index score were significantly lower than those with anxiety or depression, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion There is obvious anxiety depression in patients with gynecology malignant tumor, and can increase the damage on quality of life, need to give the key intervention.
