优质护理管理在耐多药肺结核病人中的应用效果分析

Quality Care Management Application Results in MDR-TB Patients in the Analysis

目的探讨优质护理管理在耐多药肺结核(MDR-TB)病人中的应用效果。方法将84例MDR-TB平均分实验组与对照组。对照组采取常规护理干预,实验组在此基础上给予优质护理管理干预。结果实验组用药治疗的总有效率为96.24%,显著高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05);实验组用药的依从性为97.62%,高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。结论优质护理管理可以有效提高MDR-TB患者的用药依从性及治疗效果,促使其早日康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality care management applications in multi-drug resistant tuberculosis （MDR-TB） patients. Methods 84 cases of MDR-TB average score of experimental group and control group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, the experimental group received quality care management interventions on this basis. Results The drug treatment group total effective rate was 96.24%, significantly higher than the 76.19%（P〈0.05）;compliance of the treated group was 97.62%, 78.57%higher than that of（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality care management can improve medication compliance and treatment of MDR-TB patients, prompting a speedy recovery.
