摘要
目的研究末端追加反馈的不同频率对三年高职学生基护技能学习的影响。方法采取整群抽样,选取该院2012级三年高职护理专业5个班级学生分成5组,对基础护理操作技能练习实施5种不同频率的末端追加反馈,研究不同频率的末端追加反馈方式与成绩之间的关系。结果各组之间的成绩变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中2组成绩高于5组成绩,且随着时间推移成绩有所提升。结论频率50%的末端追加反馈更有利于技能的真正学习。
Objective The purpose of this article was to study the influences of terminal augmented feedback at different frequencies for the three-year higher vocational students to learn fundamental nursing skills. Methods The three-year higher vocational students of five classes majoring in nursing from grade 2012 in the college,by cluster sampling, were divided into five groups to be implemented with five kinds of terminal augmented feedback at different frequencies on operating skill practice of fundamental nursing to study the relationship between terminal augmented feedback and scores. Results There were Significant differences in changes of score between the groups(P〈0.05).Among them scores of group 2 were higher than group 5, and increased over time. Conclusion Terminal augmented feedback at the frequency of 50% is more conducive to the learning of real skills.
