自我管理教育应用于肺结核门诊患者效果分析

摘要 目的分析自我管理教育在门诊治疗的肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法选取该院于2013年2月—2015年1月收治的128例肺结核患者按随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组各64例。两组都实行常规门诊护理,对照组在常规护理的基础上实行普通健康教育,研究组在对照组的基础上给予自我管理教育。对比两组护理前、后的自我护理能力、对健康知识的掌握情况及对治疗的依从性。结果两组护理前自我护理能力得分及健康知识得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护理及自我管理教育后自我护理能力得分、健康知识掌握得分及对治疗的依从性得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对门诊收治的肺结核患者实行自我管理教育可有效地提高患者对疾病的认识,并促进自我护理能力的提升,增强患者对治疗的依从性。 Objective To analyze the effect of self-management education application tuberculosis patients in outpatient treatment. Methods 128 cases of tuberculosis patients from 2013 February to 2015 January were randomly divided into study group and control group of 64 cases. Both groups carry out routine outpatient care, general health education control group implemented in routine care, based on the study group was given self-management education on the basis of the control group. Compare the two groups before treatment, after the self-care, health knowledge to grasp the situation and adherence to treatment. Results Scoring two groups before self-care and health care knowledge score was no significant difference(P〈0.05); after the study group nursing self-care score, health knowledge score and adherence to treatment scores were significantly higher(P〈0.01). Conclusion The implementation of self-management education can effectively improve patient understanding of disease, and promote The upgrading of self-care, enhance patient adherence to treatment for tuberculosis patients admitted to the clinic.
