海安县药品不良反应监测工作存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Monitoring of Adverse Drug Reactions in Haian County

目的探讨海安县药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作中存在的问题并提出相应对策。方法检索2008—2014年该县药品不良反应监测中心数据库中的所有报告,并以2014年ADR监测具体数据为例,结合现行政策法规,分析统计该年度各类涉药机构ADR监测工作的总体情况。结合目前基层机构改革现状,讨论ADR监测工作中存在的问题并提出相应对策。结论该县的ADR监测工作虽然取得了一定进步,但还存在着一些亟待解决的问题,并提出可行性监测工作思路。

Objective To investigate the problems of adverse drug reaction（ADR） monitoring in Haian County and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Methods A search of 2008—2014 the county drug adverse reaction monitoring center database of all reports, and to 2014 ADR monitoring specific data as an example, combined with the existing policies and regulations, statistical analysis of the annual all involving delivery mechanism of ADR monitoring work overall situation.In combination with the present situation of basic level organization reform, the problems in the ADR monitoring are discussed and some countermeasures are put forward. Conclusion The ADR monitoring in our county has made some progress,but there are still some problems to be solved, and the feasibility of monitoring work is put forward.
