目的分析该院静脉用药调配中心药品使用中存在的常见问题,并提出具体的管理措施和管理方法。方法根据工作实践经历,回顾性分析总结静脉用药调配中心药品使用中存在的常见问题,排查药品管理中的薄弱环节,并提出改进措施。结果做好制度管理、流程管理、环境管理、物料与药品管理、库存管理是加强药品管理的主要措施。结论完善规章制度,实施精细化管理,对各个环节进行多次审核,可以有效降低调配差错发生率。

Objective To analyze the common problems in the use of intravenous drugs in our hospital, and put forward the specific management measures and management methods. Methods According to the practical work experience, retrospective analysis and summary of PIVAS drug use in the presence of common problems, weak link in the investigation of drug management, and puts forward improvement measures. Results Good system management, process management, environmental management, material and drug management, inventory management is the main measures to strengthen the management of drugs. Conclusion To improve the rules and regulations, the implementation of fine management, the various aspects of the audit, can effectively reduce the incidence of deployment errors.
