Emergency Management of Patients with Shock with Multiple Fractures ward

本文旨在探讨多发性骨折伴休克患者病房急救管理的重要应用价值。选取本院在2013年6月—2014年6月期间,收治的66例多发性骨折伴休克患者为研究对象,进行了具体的案例回顾与案例分析。在严格遵守急救护理规章制度的基础上,加强病房的急救管理。具体包括对急救药品与急救器材的管理、急救人员的组织管理、患者家属的心理管理、急救操作流程的管理、急救护理文书的管理、急救人员与患者的心理管理等。结果显示,加强病房的急救管理为患者争取到了最佳抢救时间,取得了令患者及其家属满意的成效,是急救成功的重要保证。最后,从拟建科学管理方案、加强急救理论与技术培训、培养职业心理素质等三个方面提出了进一步加强病房的急救管理的建议。

This paper aims to explore important applications multiple fractures in patients with shock ward emergency management. Select the hospital in June 2013 to June 2014 period, 66 patients with multiple fractures treated with shock patients in this study, conducted review of specific cases and case studies. On the basis of strict adherence to rules and regulations on emergency care, strengthening the emergency ward management.
