医院病案管理存在的问题及改进方法探讨

病案管理是医院管理的主要组成部分,作好病案的管理对于提高医疗服务工作质量有着重要的作用。近年病案管理存在医院管理层不重视,缺乏规章制定,病例回收不及时,复印时不能及时准确,人员素质有待提高等不足。该文探讨建立健全病案管理、加强病案管理意识培养,及对病案管理人员和病案书写人员进行培训等方面进行改进,从而提高医院病案管理效率。

The medical record management is the main component of hospital management. Medical records management for to improve the medical service plays an important role. In recent years, the medical record management has many problems, such as the hospital managers lack of attention,the lack of regulations,cases not timely recovery,copy can not be timely and accurate,personnel quality should be improved and so on.This paper establish a medical record management, strengthen the training of medical record management consciousness, and improvement on training of medical record management personnel and medical record writing personnel, so as to improve the efficiency of hospital medical record management.
