摘要
目的了解住院患者用药现况,推动临床合理用药。方法抽取处方病历,采用数学原理分别进行统计处理,按照国家卫生计生委有关法规文件及医院合理用药管理制度,进行评价分析。结果平均每份病历用药9.72种,临床诊断与用药符合率为99.3%,抗菌药物使用率为58.9%。有病历存在输液浓度过大、用药依据不够、随意用中成药、预防用抗菌药物欠规范等问题。结论医院有待于加强临床用药管理,进一步提高临床用药的合理性。
Objective To understand the current status of drug use in hospitalized patients, and promote the rational use of drugs. Methods To extract the prescription records, use the mathematics principle to carry on the statistical processing, according to the relevant laws and regulations of the national health and Family Planning Commission and the hospital management system, the evaluation and analysis. Results The average medical records of 9.72 kinds, clinical diagnosis and drug compliance rate was 99.3%, the use of antibacterial drugs was 58.9%. There are medical records in the presence of large infusion concentration, the basis is not enough, the use of proprietary Chinese medicine, prevention of antimicrobial drugs are not standardized and other issues Conclusion The hospital needs to strengthen the management of clinical medication,and further improve the clinical medication
