神经外科护理风险管理的对策分析

目的探讨对神经外科护理中的常见的风险因素及实施护理风险管理的价值。方法随机选取该院神经外科于2014年1—12月收治682例住院患者作为管理组,实施护理风险管理;另随机选取该院神经外科于2013年1—12月收治650例住院患者作为对照组,未实施护理风险管理。结果实施护理风险管理后,患者的护理不良事件发生率为0.73%,显著低于实施前的3.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的护理满意率为99.12%,显著低于实施前的89.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分析神经外科护理工作中的常见风险因素,实施针对性的护理风险管理措施,能有效提高临床护理服务质量,还能有效降低患者住院期间不良护理事件的发生率,有利于降低患者的护理工作满意率。

Objective To study the common risk factors in neurosurgery nursing and the implementation of the value of nursing risk management. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital neurosurgery in January 2014-December 2014 admitted 682 cases of hospitalized patients as a management group, the nursing risk management; Other randomly selected from our hospital neurosurgery in January 2013-December 2013 admitted 650 cases of hospitalized patients as control group, not the implementation of nursing risk management. Results After the implementation of nursing risk management and nursing in patients with the incidence of adverse events was 0.73%, significantly lower than before the implementation of 3.85%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Nursing satisfaction of the patients was 99.12%, significantly lower than before the implementation of 89.54%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The analysis of common risk factors in neurosurgery nursing work, the implementation of targeted nursing risk management measures, can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing services, also can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events during hospitalized patients, reducing the patient＇s nursing work satisfaction.
