摘要
产后抑郁症(postparturm depression,PPD)是一种比较常见的严重情绪障碍,发生在分娩后的妇女。其病因尚不清楚,但有研究表明其发病与人体神经免疫学有关,也受维生素D和微量矿物质的影响。该研究综述微量营养素与PPD之间的关系,分析维生素D和矿物质对神经免疫学影响的可能机制。为今后PPD的临床实践和健康教育提出指导性意见。
Postpartum depression（PPD） is a kind of common severe emotional disorder, which occurs in the post natal women. Its etiology is not clear, but some studies have indicated that the disease is related to the psychoneuroimmunology？,and also affected by the effects ofvitamin D and trace minerals. This paper reviews the relationship between PPD and the possible mechanisms of the effects of micronutrient on the immune system. To provide guidance for clinical practice and health education of PPD in the future.
