进境仙人掌种苗有害生物风险分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文根据FAO/IPPC秘书处制订的有关植物检疫措施国际标准和《中华人民共和国国家标准——进出境植物和植物产品有害生物风险分析技术要求》(GB/T 20879-2007),对我国进境仙人掌种苗可能携带的有害生物进行风险分析,可能携带的有害生物种类132种(属),确定潜在检疫性有害生物75种,对75种潜在检疫性有害生物进一步评估,确定中风险以上的有害生物20种,建议将这20种有害生物作为进境仙人掌种苗的检疫性有害生物写入议定书中,并提出降低检疫性有害生物传入的风险管理措施。 Pest risk analysis of the imported Cactaceae seedlings was conducted according to the relevant international standards for phytosanitary measures from the FAO/IPPC secretariat and The law and national standard, inbound and outbound means of plants and plant products pest risk analysis technical requirements( GB/T 20879-2007), from the People~ Republic of China. Imports with Cactaceae seedlings may carry 132 harmful species (genus), of which 75 species were comfirmed as potential quarantine pests, and after further evaluation 20 species were ranked with medi- um or high risk. We suggest that all the 20 potential quarantine pests should be stated as quarantine pests in bilateral agreements, and provide the risk management measures for reducing the invasion of harmful organisms.
