茶叶联苯菊酯残留降解菌的筛选与鉴定 被引量:2

Isolation and identification of degrading bacteria against tea bifenthrin residue

摘要 以茶园常超标农药联苯菊酯为降解对象,采用生物富集、农药驯化等方式从茶园土壤中筛选出高效降解菌LB-1。经过形态学观察、生理生化以及构建系统进化树等方法,初步鉴定该菌株为克雷伯氏菌Klebsiella sp.。菌株LB-1在MSM培养基中呈S型生长,且能以联苯菊酯为唯一碳源,对联苯菊酯显示很强的降解潜能,有望为开发安全、环保的茶叶农药降污剂提供重要的菌株来源,也为其他果蔬农药降污提供理论支持和技术参考。 One strain LB-1 was isolated from the soil in tea plantations by bio-enrichment and pesticide acclimatization, for degrading bifenthrin that was often in excess of maximum residue limit (MRL) in tea plantations. Strain LB- 1 was identified as Klebsiella sp. using the morphological, physiological and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The strain LB-1 showed S growth in minimum salts medium (MSM) with strong potential for the degradation of bifenthrin and could provide important sources for the developing safe and green degrader of tea, and also provide theoretical support and technical reference for pesticide degrader of other fruits and vegetables.
