摘要
解磷菌对于提高土壤磷的利用率、改善土壤结构和改良盐碱地等具有重要作用,该文对解磷菌的种类及分布、功能针对性解磷菌的筛选、解磷菌的遗传学、解磷作用机理及应用等方面的研究进展作了综述,讨论了解磷菌在现代农林业生产中存在的问题,并展望其开发与应用前景。
Phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms play an important role in improving the utilization rate of soil phosphorus, the soil structure and the saline-alkali soil. This paper provided an overview in the research progress of phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms, such as their species, distribution, functions targeted screening, genetics, functional mechanism and application and also discussed the problems existing in the modern agroforestry production with the outlook for the future development and application.
