摘要
运用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法对银川市十六中学生进行上肢肌肉力量练习对握力影响的实验研究。实验结论:(1)实验组学生握力实验前后差异显著(p<0.05);(2)对照组学生握力在实验前后没有差异(p>0.05);(3)实验组和对照组在实验前后握力值均有提高,从数据上分析,实验组提高的更多;(4)男、女生均处于力量发展的敏感时期,在此期间进行科学的力量练习,将会有事半功倍的效果。
Using the method of literature, experimental study on experiments and mathematical statistics for upper limb muscle strength exercises on the grip strength of sixteen middle school students in Yinchuan city. Results:(1) before and after the experiment the students in the experimental group significantly different grip strength (p〈0.05);(2)the students in the control group had no difference in grip strength before and after the experiment (p〉0.05);(3) the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment, the grip strength values were improved, from the data analysis, the experimental group improved morea (4) boys and girls are in the sensitive period of development during the period of the power, the power of science to practice, will have a multiplier effect.
