高校排球运动队训练与比赛的现状调查——以张家口市高校为例

Investigation of College Volleyball Team Training and Competition Case of Universities in Zhangjiakou

该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,主要针对张家口市三所本科院校排球运动队训练与比赛、排球场地的使用情况进行调查与分析。调查表明:张家口市高校排球运动开展得不容乐观,排球运动的整体水平较低,课外排球运动开展得不尽人意,具有地域性特点;在排球场地资源方面,场地设施简陋,硬件落后;在排球运动队伍建设方面,主要表现为对组队训练与比赛工作重视不够,各高校在训练与比赛观念上存在一定的差别。

In this paper, the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, mainly for the use of Zhangjiakou City, three in universities and colleges of undergraduate course volleyball team training and competition, volleyball venue for investigation and analysis. According to the survey, Zhangjiakou City college volleyball development is not optimistic, and the overall level of volleyball lower, extracurricular volleyball carry out a satisfactory with regional characteristics; in the volleyball venue resources, poor facilities, poor hardwarel in Volleyball troop construction, mainly for to team training and competition do not pay enough attention, all colleges and universities in training and competition concept exist certain difference.
