摘要
机床的模态测试技术应用越来越广泛,机床模态测试技术主要应用方向为:建立机床的动力学模型进行动态特性分析、机床的稳定分析以及在线监测。对现在常用到的模态测试的原理进行了介绍。机床模态测试技术主要包括三方面内容:激励、测量和分析,由实测激振力和振动响应求出频率响应函数后,根据频率响应函数与模态参数之间的关系式,经过分析计算振动系统的模态参数,建立机床的动力学模型,用于对机床进行动力学分析。对机床模态测试技术的应用进行了总结,对机床模态测试的流程进行阐述。
Machine tool modal testing technology is applied more and more widely ;this paper summarizes three major application direction of the machine tool modal testing technique, dynamic analysis of the dynamic characteristics of machine tools,machine tool stability analysis and on--line monitoring.This paper introduces the principle of the common mode test.The modal testing technology of machine tool has three basic aspects:incentive,measurement and analysis,from the measured vibration force and vibration response for frequency response function,basing on the frequency response function and the modal parameters of the basic relations,through analysis and calculation the modal parameters of the vibration system establish the dynamic model of the machine,that can be applied to the modal analysis of the machine tool.Summarizing the application of modal testing technology of machine tools,introducing the principle of modal testing, describing the process of modal testing of machine tools.
