摘要
为合理利用现有铁矿石资源,降低入磨矿量,提高入磨品位,针对黑山铁矿石进行高压辊磨-预选工艺的试验研究。将给矿粒度为30-0mm的矿样分别破碎至8-0mm和5-0mm进行试验,有实验结果可以得出,破碎产品粒度为5-0mm的选别效果要好于粒度为8-0mm的选别效果,当给矿粒度为30-0mm,破碎产品粒度为5-0mm时,经过湿式磁选法进行预选抛尾,能够获得全铁品位为43.29%,磁性铁品位为33.82%,全铁回收率为85.16%,磁性铁回收率为99.46%的铁精矿,尾矿磁性铁损失仅0.54%,抛尾量达43%以上。试验指标良好,达到预期目的。
For the rational use of existing iron ore resources, reduce the amount of ore into the mill and improve the mill grade, execute a study on the crafts of 'high pressure roller mill-preselection' of Heishan iron ore. From the text which the feed size is 30-0mm and the product size is 5-0mm or 8-0mm, we can know that theproduct size 5-0mm is more than the 8-0mm. When the feed size is 30-0mm and the product size is 5-0mm, we can get the Iron ore whose total iron grade is 43.29%, the magnetic iron grade is 33.82%, and the recovery of total iron grade and magnetic iron grade are 85.16%and 99.46%, achieves the intended purpose. the tailings magnetic iron loss only 0.54%, tailing amounted to more than 43%.
