溃疡性结肠炎药物治疗依从性影响因素及干预

The influence factors and intervention of drug treatment compliance of ulcerative colitis

目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎药物治疗依从性的影响因素及对策。方法回顾性分析120例溃疡性结肠炎患者临床资料,对药物治疗依从性的相关影响因素进行单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 120例溃疡性结肠炎患者依从性好65例(54.17%),依从性差55例(45.83%),单因素检验显示9个变量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:年龄≥60岁、溃疡性结肠炎知识缺乏、不良心理反应、医患关系一般是影响依从性的独立危险因素。结论溃疡性结肠炎药物治疗依从性的影响因素较多,应通过加强对老年患者的管理、健康教育、心理指导。

Objective To investigate the factors and strategies for the treatment of drug treatment compliance of ulcerative colitis. Methods 120 cases of ulcerative colitis were analyzed retrospectively, and the related factors were analyzed by single factor and multi factor Logistic regression analysis. Results 120 cases of ulcerative colitis patients＇ compliance behavior good were 65 cases （54.17%）, and medical compliance behavior difference were 55 cases （45.83%）, and single factor test showed that 9 variables have significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Multivariate logistic regression analysis results age over 60 years （ OR = 3.60）, ulcer of colon inflammation knowledge of the lack （OR = 3.29）, adverse psychological reaction （ OR = 3.02） doctor patient relationship generally （OR = 2.77 ）, is independent risk factors. Condusion The factors affecting the treatment compliance of ulcerative colitis are more, should strengthen the management of elderly patients, health education, psychological guidance, establish a good relationship between doctors and patients with high treatment compliance.
