多西紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期胃癌的疗效观察

The curative effect and side effect of docetaxel(TXT)combined with oxaliplatin(OXA) for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的观察多西紫杉醇(TXT)联合奥沙利铂(OXA)治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法对纳入研究的63例晚期胃癌患者应用TXT联合OXA进行交替治疗,第1天以TXT 75 mg/m2静脉滴注,第2天OXA 130 mg/m2静脉滴注,21 d为1个周期,1个疗程不小于2个周期,观察两组的疗效并记录化疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果疾病进展(PD)15例,稳定(SD)17例,部分缓解(PR)25例,完全缓解(CR)6例,有效率49.20%,中位生存期(TTP)5.9个月,疾病进展时间(MST)9.6个月,不良反应主要为胃肠道不适、骨髓抑制、脱发、神经毒性。结论联合运用TXT、OXA的化疗方案对于晚期胃癌疗效显著,能缓解患者症状,不良反应轻,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect and side effect of docetaxel （TXT） combined with （OXA） oxaliplatin for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 63 patients took TXT combined with OXA for treatment, using TXT 75 mg/m2 the first day, the next day OXA 130 mg/m2, 21 days for a cycle. A course should not be less than two cycles, and recorded the adverse reactions during the course. Results PD in 15eases, SD in 17 cases, PR in 25 cases, CR 6 cases, The effective rate was 49.20%. TYP was 5.9 months, and MST was 9.6 months. Adverse reactions mainly contained gastrointestinal discomfort, bone marrow suppression, alopecia, nerve toxicity. Conclusion The chemotherapy regimens combined TXT with OXA was high efficient, which could relieve symptoms with light side effects. It had great clinical significance, which is worth promoting.
