摘要
开放式工程训练教学模式不仅能够培养学生的动手能力、提高其主观能动性,还能提高工程训练中心的课程质量,设备使用率。校工程训练中心的开放式工程训练教学已开展近两年,吸引了大批学生选课,由此产生课程审核、课程安排等大量工作量,为教学管理工作提出了新的挑战。为保证该教学模式科学合理地运行,减轻教师的工作量,从教学组织管理模块,教学运行管理模块、教学质量管理模块三方面,进行了开放式工程训练教学管理体系的深入研究与探索,为开放式工程训练教学工作提供科学系统的指导。实践证明,该教学管理体系运行良好,达到了预期目的。
The open engineering training teaching can not only cultivate the students' hands—on capabilities,raise their subjective initiative,but also improve the quality of the courses of Engineering Training Center and the capacity utilization.The open engineering training has been working for about two years and it has attracted many students to participate in,which has created many jobs of review of courses and courses arrangement,and directly challenges teaching management.The exploration on teaching management system of open engineering training was conducted intensively in three ways such as teaching organization management module,teaching operation management module,teaching quality management module,so that open engineering training teaching can operate scientifically and properly and lighten teachers' workload.The practices have proved that this teaching management system runs well,which have achieved the expected purpose.
