培养大学生创新意识和创新能力是高校素质教育的核心,而大学生科技类社团可为学生提供良好的交流学习和激发创新的平台。该文针对大学生科技类社团发展中遇到的社团管理和创新方面的问题,结合TRIZ理论,探讨了其在大学生科技类社团中的应用,给出了基于TRIZ理论的相应解决方案,如分割原理、反重力原理Z周期性动作等理念用于大学生科技类社团中。通过将TRIZ理论与大学生科技类社团发展的有机结合,可进一步合理分配社团的组织结构,扩宽社团成员的思维方式,缩短社团创新和创造的时间周期,从而有利于大学生科技类社团的可持续发展,为大学生创新和创业能力的锻炼和培养提供理论指导。

Thc innovative consciousness and ability cultivation of college students is the core of higher education in universities,and college student science associations can provide the good platform for students.Aiming at the problems of college student science associations in developing,we discussed the management and the innovations of an association according to the theory of TRIZ.Then we gave the corresponding solutions under the TRIZ theory.With the combination of TRIZ and college student science associations,the organization of associations can be more distributed,the way of thinking can be expanded,the period of innovation and creativity is greatly shorten.Obviously,the TRIZ theory can conduct the associations to the sustainable development and can provide the theoretical guidance of innovative ability training for college students.
