了解新工艺炭黑的自控系统,让先进的控制助力炭黑工艺的创新提升,是我们自控人的责任。文中阐明了新工艺炭黑生产工艺水平不断提高的过程中,自动控制的重要性。介绍了自动控制系统在新工艺炭黑生产中的设计要点,包括主要控制方案以及仪表的选型,提出了设计中需要注意的一些问题,同时分析了DCS采用"传统方式"传输信号与采用PROFIBUS PA方式传输信号,在炭黑生产中应用的优劣。文中指出,中等规模的炭黑装置,更适合采用"传统方式"。

New technology of automatic control system for carbon black,carbon black were controlled by advanced technological innovation to improve,is controlled people＇s responsibility.This paper shows new technology carbon black production technology has improved continuously in the course of,the importance of control.Automatic control system was introduced in the design of new technology carbon black production,including key control program and the selection of instruments,the need to pay attention to some problems in design and analysis of DCS using the ＂traditional approach＂ transmissions with PROFIBUS PA signal transmission application in the production of carbon black is good or bad.Pointed out in the article,medium—scale carbon black plant,suitable for using ＂traditional approach＂.
