摘要 随着时代的发展和科技的进步,企业对生物工程专业学生的要求越来越高,尤其注重学生的创新实践能力。如何在现有固定实践教学计划以外,探手新的培养和锻炼生物专业本科生创新实践能力的模式,是一个值得研究的课题。该文提出了通过课外实践教学培养生物工程专业本科生创新实践能力的模式,包括依托导师制,建立课外创新实验培养模式;依托导师制,建立指导本科生参加科技竞赛模式和建立校内外实习实训基地。这些模式有助于提高生物工程专业本科生的创新实践能力,提升本科生的培养质量。 With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,the enterprises demand more and more to the undergraduates majoring in Bioengineering,especially emphasized on the undergraduates' ability in innovation and practice.How to seek new model to cultivate and train the undergraduates' ability in innovation and practice except for the fixed teaching schemes,will be a valuable project worthy of studying.In this article,a model to cultivate the undergraduates ability in innovation and practice by using extracurricular practice surpervise,including the cultivating model for extracurricular innovative experiments by means of tutorial system;the model to instruct the undergraduates to take part in science and technology competitions by means of tutorial system and founding the practice and training base inside or outside university.The models will contribute to improve the Bio—engineering undergraduates' ability in innovation and practice and promote the cultivation quality.
