摘要
依托网络教学平台,将课程教学视频作为课堂教学的前期环节,以学生为中心,实现多元化教学。通过"翻转课堂"改变传统灌输式教育模式,使教师成为真正的思维启迪者和方法传授者,解决科技发展带来的教学内容激增与学时减少、社会对大学毕业生实践能力的高企与目前毕业生实践环节薄弱,以及教师费力教而效果一般与学生缺乏学习动力之间的矛盾,可以达到充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高学生自主学习能力和创新能力,进而提高教育教学质量的目的。
Teaching video was used as preliminary procedure of classroom teaching based on network teaching platform.The student was the center of diversification teaching processing. " flipped class" can change the traditional indoctrination education mode.Through it,the teacher can really become thinking and method enlightened.Some contradiction can be solved.The first is between surging teaching content and decreasing class hours because of the development of science and technology.The second is between high expectations of community to practice ability of university graduates and poor practice link,the third is between more effort of teacher but less effect between lack of students' learning motivation.The "flipped class" can encourage the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students and improve autonomous learning and innovation ability of students.Then the quality of education can be improved.
