民用飞机维修工程分析方法研究

维修工程分析是S3000L中与维修相关的所有分析活动的集合,其分析结果是飞机编写技术手册、研制工具设备、制定航材计划、确定培训需求等一系列保障工作的重要依据。我国民机制造商还没有形成系统有效的维修工程分析体系。该文通过介绍维修工程分析的原理和方法,结合民机研制经验给出了维修工程分析各个分析活动的可行、有效的分析流程,为国内开展民机维修工程分析工作提供了参考。

Maintenance engineering analysis consists of all the maintenance related processes in S3000 L that provides important data and resources for developing relevant aircraft service products, including technical manuals, special tools and equipment, spare schedules, training requirements, etc. Chinese commercial aircraft manufacturers are still working on building a systemic and efficient maintenance engineering analysis mechanism. In this text, based on the theory and method of maintenance engineering analysis and civil aircraft development experience, the author offered available and effective processes of each analysis activity in maintenance engineering analysis. The research could be used as reference for national manufacturers to developing maintenance engineering analysis and other related service tasks in the future.
