摘要
地铁工程地下连续墙在施工过程中易出现混凝土侵限、绕流、钢筋笼偏离外露等的质量问题,特别是地下连续墙设计使用年限100年、有时还兼作永久结构的一部分,地下连续墙本身的质量要求较高,这些施工质量问题大大增加了后续地铁车站施工处理难度和费用。该文在地铁科研及试验的基础上,对比常规地铁车站围护结构设计、施工和预制地下连续墙,并结合国内目前广为推广的BT融资总承包模式,对预制地下连续墙的应用前景和成本进行探讨。
It is essential to make certain of the quality of diaphragm wall which tends to be in trouble sometimes when it is casted. These problems have increased the costs and difficulties of follow-up measures, especially consideringthat the design life of the diaphragm wall has extended over a period of 100 years and the walls may be moreover a part of the permanent structures. The author has studied the application prospect andcost of the precast diaphragm wall in comparison with the conventional cases in some aspects.
