论高校多媒体教学的利弊及优化

The Advantages and Disadvantages of College Multimedia Teaching and its Optimization

多媒体技术对于提高高校教学具有积极的作用,但如果仅仅重视数量而不重视质量并且过分依赖和不合理使用,会对教师的教学能力成长带来负面影响。高校应加大对教师培养力度,让教师正确认识多媒体技术;做好对多媒体教学的指导;建立和完善教师教学奖惩激励机制;加强多媒体制作师资队伍建设,促进教师间关于多媒体教学的交流。

Multimedia technology plays a positive role in the improvement of the teaching of colleges and universities,but if only pay attention to quantity and do not pay attention to quality and excessive dependence and the unreasonable use,growth of teaching ability of teachers have a negative impact.Colleges and universities should increase to teacher training efforts,let the teacher to have a correct understanding of the multimedia technology;do a good job in guiding the multimedia teaching;to establish and improve teachers＇ incentive mechanism;strengthening the teachers team construction of multimedia production,promote the teaching of multimedia communication between teachers.
