大学生志愿者评价体系调查与研究——以北京中医药大学为例

当今对于高校大学生特别是医学院学生来说,因每个人都有社会实践任务,志愿服务已成为大学生活中必不可少的一部分。然而由于处于学生时代的大学生,社会经验、服务技能等方面存在欠缺,大学生的志愿服务到底在社会产生怎样的影响仍有待研究,志愿服务优缺点并存,社会及高校针对志愿服务评价机制更是存在欠缺甚至空白,不利于提高志愿者参与志愿服务的热情和进行志愿服务的质量。该文将根据所做调查,就以上几方面展开论述,以期为志愿者服务评价机制提出合理建议。

Today for college students especially medical college students, because everyone has a social practice work, volunteer service has become a part of university life essential. However because it is in the college student, social experience, service skills, etc. there is a lack of, college students volunteer service in the end in the society produce what kind of impact remains to be studied, the volunteer service exits both advantages and disadvantages, society and universities for volunteer service evaluation mechanism is deficient and even blank, which is not good for improving the enthusiasm of volunteers to take part in the volunteer service. According to the survey, this paper discusses the above several aspects, put forward reasonable suggestions for volunteer service evaluation mechanism
