海南城镇化生态—环境—经济耦合协同发展研究

Research on the Economic Coupling and Development of the Urbanization Eco Environment in Hainan

海南正处在城镇化快速发展阶段,也处于落实科学发展观、构建节约型和谐社会的关键时期,因此对城市化与生态环境协调机制及其调控关系的研究极具意义。该文从海南城镇化与生态环境的内涵出发,在对城镇化建设与生态环境耦合发展模式分析的基础上,以海南省为研究对象,对其城镇化建设与生态环境现状及其耦合发展的协调性进行分析,出了城镇化与生态环境发展过程中存在的突出问题,再针对分析结果为海南省城镇化与生态环境耦合发展的模式进行选择,最后提出对策建议。

Hainan is in a stage of rapid development of urbanization,is to implement the scientific development concept, build a harmonious and conservation oriented society is in the critical period,therefore the research of urbanization and ecological environment coordinated mechanism and regulatory relationship has a great meaning. In this paper,on the analysis of the urbanization construction and ecological environment coupling development pattern based, in Hainan Province as the research object,the coordination of the urbanization construction and the present situation of ecological environment and the coupling development analysis from the connotation of Hainan urbanization and ecological environment,the outstanding problems existing in the development process of urbanization and ecological environment,again according to the results of analysis for Hainan Province urban and ecological environment coupling development pattern choice, and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
