摘要
为了解决氟化盐行业中物料输送固气分离难题,设计了以IC集成元件NE555和CD4017为核心元件组成的可调控制电路——脉冲控制仪。脉冲控制仪结构简单,使用灵活方便、稳定可靠。脉冲控制仪实现了根据物料特性的变化而可变调节的脉冲控制电路,脉冲控制仪投入使用以来,使用效果良好,彻底解决了物料输送固气分离难题。
In order to solve the conveying and solid gas separation problem in Fluoride salt industry. It designs the adjustable control circuit which are made of IC NE555 and CD4017 integration components as the core element named HTMC. HTMC has simple structure, convenient using, stable and reliable.It can be adjustable according to material properties. It＇s totally solve the conveying and solid gas separation problem after using HTMC.
