浅谈精细化管理在医院病案管理中的应用研究

精细化管理是一种全新的管理理念,广发应用于各行各业并取得了良好的管理效益。医院中的病案,是患者就诊过程中不可缺少的资料,能够记录患者的病程,是回顾病情的重要资料,病案也是医疗、教学和科研的重要资料。该文采用精细化管理理论知识,针对医院病案管理中的问题提出精细化管理的模式,其目的是为了提升医院病案管理水平,为医院的可持续发展奠定基础。

Meticulous management as a new management philosophy,in all walks of life have been widely used,and achieved good management efficiency.The medical record is indispensable information in treatment for patients in the Hospital,which is the important information of recording the patient＇s course of the disease,reviewing the illness medical,and in medical treatment, teaching and scientific research.This article apply the meticulous management theory and propose the meticulous management mode aiming at the proplem in the hospital medical record management,to better promote the development and advancement of medical record management in hospitals,and promote sustainable development of the hospital.
