摘要
马克思的廉政观认为,社会主义制度是实现廉政的政治根基,也即依据社会主义的宪法法律治国理政、杜绝腐败;发展以普选制度、民主监督、罢免惩处为主要内容的民主政治是廉政的核心保障;打造厉行节俭、廉洁为民的"小政府"是廉政建设的关键举措;践行社会主义的"公正"价值,并保证权力运行的公开透明则是建设廉政的基本方法。这些科学的理论设想对我们当前推进廉政建设和实现国家治理体系现代化都富有参考价值。
According to Marxist concept of clean-fingered politics, socialist system is the political root to realize clean-fingered politics, developing democratic politics is the core element to ensure clean-fingered politics, and forging ＂small government＂ which practices strict economy for the people is the basic method to practice clean-fingered politics, and to ensure the public and transparent function of the power is the essential way to building clean-fingered politics. These scientific theories are of referential value for us to push forward the building of clean-fingered politics and realize the modernization of national governing system.
