Analysis of Strategic Relationship between Ukraine and Eurasian Union

欧亚联盟战略是俄罗斯复兴的一个战略构想,在这个战略中,乌克兰是一个重要组成部分。但乌克兰危机改变了这一局势,并且危机中暴露出来的各种矛盾也影响到欧亚联盟的稳定性。2015年初,欧亚经济联盟已经正式成立,乌克兰也签署了欧盟联系国协定的经济部分,乌克兰与欧亚联盟的距离已经越来越远。从俄罗斯的战略选择看,无论乌克兰是否加入,欧亚联盟战略都将向前推进。

Eurasian Union strategy is a strategic conception of Russia＇s rise and Ukraine is an important constituent part within it. However, Ukraine crisis changes the situation, and the various conflicts exposed in the crisis also affected the stability of Eurasian Union. In the beginning of 2015, Eurasian Economic Union has been formally established, and Ukraine also signed the economic part in Association Agreement of EU, so that the distance between Ukraine and Eurasian Union became farther and farther. Considering form the strategic selection of Russia, no matter Ukraine joins in or not, the Eurasian Union strategy will also push forward.
