用于无机熔体制备高温炉的研制

摘要 针对传统高温炉在制备无机熔体时的不便之处,提出了改造方案。改造后的高温炉具有对炉内进行实时监控的功能;并使实验过程中的加料方便、快捷,减少了炉内和熔体温度的降低,减少了操作者的劳动强度和危险性,具有一定的实用价值。目前,所述成果已获国家发明专利1项(用于无机熔体制备的高温炉ZL201210372392.5),实用新型专利1项(高温炉炉门开启装置ZL201420722515.8)。 Concerning about the incovenience in the meting of inorganic materials in traditional high temperature furnaces,we have made some changes to the furnace. After the reformations, the inside of the furnace can be real-time visulized.In addition,the batch charging work can be quick and convenient, so that the decrease in the furnace temperature upon opening the furnace door becomes less.Also,the labor intensity and the risks facing high temperature can be reduced.At the present,the reformation results have be authorized a national invention patent(A high temperature furnace used for inorganic materials' melting,No.201210372392.5)and a new real application patent(A device for opening and closure of the door of a high temperature furnace,No.201420722515.8).
